Located steps from Santa Monica’s Third Street Promenade, this tenant improvement project unified two buildings constructed in different eras and under different codes into a single, cohesive 47,340 SF creative workspace across three floors. Previously fragmented spaces were transformed into a full-service coworking environment, including private offices, open collaborative areas, and outdoor space tailored to the way modern professionals work.
