Pacific Self Storage is a 6-story 159,040 sf, 1,366 unit self-storage facility in Inglewood built on a 1.2 acre lot. The project consists of Type IB steel and CMU structure resting on a matt foundation and rammed aggregate piers. It is the last of its kind as the city of Inglewood does not allow zoning for storage facilities any longer.
