An adaptive reuse conversion at the corner of Pico and Cloverfield Boulevards in Santa Monica, this project transformed a former office park from four structures into two, yielding 31,000 SF of unified retail space. The scope encompassed a full exterior façade renovation and comprehensive structural reconfiguration — now home to Whole Foods 365 and Groundwork Coffee Co., the project established a new retail anchor for the prominent intersection.
