Major conversion and exterior facade renovation of former office park, on the corner of Pico and Cloverfield Boulevards, from four existing structures into two, with a combined space of 31,000 sf. It is currently home to Whole Foods 365 market, Groundwork Coffee Co., and Asian Box.
