RE-SKIN AND ADAPTATION FROM OFFICE TO RESIDENTIAL, 3-LEVEL BELOW GRADE PARKING AND 1-LEVEL OF RETAIL SPACE
A highly intricate transformation of an iconic building at the corner of Sunset Blvd & Vine Street intended to represent a new phase of luxury developments in Hollywood; from a 20 story office tower to 63 residential luxury units. The existing building façade was replaced with a dramatic new curtain wall system creating floor-to-ceiling glass walls in the units, 13-foot ceilings, custom window shades, and notably, only four units per floor, allowing all units to have views.
