RE-SKIN AND ADAPTATION FROM OFFICE TO RESIDENTIAL, 3-LEVEL BELOW GRADE PARKING AND 1-LEVEL OF RETAIL SPACE
An adaptive reuse transformation of an iconic 20-story office tower at the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Vine Street in Hollywood. This project converted an existing commercial building into 63 luxury residential units. The original façade was replaced with a full curtain wall system, introducing floor-to-ceiling glass walls, 13-foot ceilings, and custom window shades throughout. With only four units per floor, every residence commands unobstructed views, a deliberate planning decision that defines a new standard for luxury residences in Hollywood.
