‘Safe Harbor 1’ is a 100% Permanent Supportive Housing project, fully assembled by factory built wood modular boxes, including the utility spaces such as elevator shafts and trash chutes. The development consists of 50 two-bedroom two-bath units, focused on serving families, with large open outdoor spaces and amenities.
