For over 20 years, Noyan Uras has been responsible for building and overseeing new ground-up developments, mainly across the commercial and mixed-use residential sectors of the real estate industry. He stewards INTEGRARE®’s strategy, management, new business, contract structuring, and deal negotiations. Noyan has offered his insight and expertise to add affordable housing, modular construction and self-performed work to INTEGRARE®’s business portfolio. He is a Partner and the Chief Development Officer at FlyawayHomes—a developer of permanent supportive housing in the City of Los Angeles. Noyan holds an M.A. in Construction Management from University of Southern California, a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, and he is also a LEED Accredited Professional.
Vessela has over 20 years of management and strategy consulting experience across a spectrum of industries, with a strong ability to operationalize strategic decisions. At INTEGRARE®, Vessela oversees our growth and strategic positioning, always with an eye on partnership health, transformative business models, and the opportunities that stand to benefit our team of collaborators.
Vessela holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a B.S., Magna Cum Laude, in Finance & Economics from Babson College.
Melissa Tufan has carefully curated her career to see projects through all perspectives. She has extensive experience as a builder and a designer for retail, hospitality, high-end private residences, multi-family mixed use and office type projects, and has spent time on the developers end for commercial and small residential work. At INTEGRARE®, Melissa manages daily operations by supervising, coordinating, and ensuring the successful completion of all preconstruction efforts, including design/development, estimating, and permitting processes. Melissa holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University with a focus on Ergonomics, and has completed the Interior Architecture program at UCLA.
Pasqualino has a strong understanding of all building systems and brings effective problem solving, optimal quality control, quality assurance and team oversight across INTEGRARE® projects. He started his career as a Structural Engineer at WSP USA in New York City, followed by Project Engineer roles at Englekirk and Howard CDM in Los Angeles. Pasqualino has a dual Master's degree focused on Civil Engineering and Construction Management from Columbia University and Università di Bologna. In addition to a PE license, he also holds CAPM, CMIT, and LEED AP BD+C certifications.
Glorianne brings over 20-years of experience in residential and commercial construction in Southern California. Glorianne has a knack for excelling in some of LA’s most challenging sites. From Beverly Hills to urban in-fill projects on Main Street in Santa Monica to Sunset and Vine in Hollywood, she has an adaptive mindset to transform constraints into realities. Glorianne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Cal State Fullerton. When not building, she enjoys carry-on globetrotting without cell service or sunscreen, bringing only a cd player with a single Imagine Dragons album.
Jacob brings knowledge and experience from both the preconstruction and construction phases, which allows him to seamlessly transition between two critically important stages for our team. His strong understanding of construction scopes, 3D BIM coordination, and financial management make him a well-rounded team leader. He started his career working in heavy civil construction as a Field Engineer for Kiewit. Afterwards he took on Project Engineer and Preconstruction Engineer roles on commercial projects for GLY Construction in Seattle. Jacob holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a focus on Construction and Structural Engineering from the University of Washington.
Grecia's diverse professional experience ranges from structural design and construction trade management to working in industries such as hospitality, teaching, and research in government labs. She is passionate about being in a team-oriented environment to achieve project goals, while developing long term relationships with all-encompassing collaborators. Grecia acquired a Bachelor's in Applied Physics, Master's degree in Civil Engineering from UCLA and holds a LEED AP BD+C accreditation.
Anthony has a strong structural engineering background, in addition to his various experiences ranging from teaching, administration and research practices. He is dedicated to fostering a collaborative team environment to ensure excellence in safety and innovation. He started his post-graduate career as a Structural Engineer at GMS in New York City, then at Workpoint Engineering in Los Angeles. Anthony has a dual Master's degree focused on Civil Engineering from UCLA, and ESTP Paris. He holds a California PE license, as well as a LEED AP BD+C certification.
Dean comes to INTEGRARE® having served in Construction Management and Field Operations roles throughout his career working for large general contractors and developers, but his career path actually began years earlier growing up on the east coast as a landscaper, roofer, irrigation specialist, and general laborer. With experience in hospitality, multi-family, retail, and education projects, he is passionate about his work and enjoys successfully leading teams through a shared sense of responsibility and trust in one another to build something great.
With a wealth of construction experience, Mark provides a sense of ownership and leadership to the construction site and team. Being the face of the company onsite with Owners, Architects/Engineers, and Subcontractors, Mark coordinates the necessary construction activities between all parties concerned, while also implementing safety, QA/QC and managing the schedule for the successful completion of the project. Mark holds a B.S. in Construction Management from California State University Northridge. He also holds OSHA30, Adult CPR, Basic Industrial First Aid and AED certifications.
With ten years of global high-end multifamily and mixed-use projects in his portfolio, Mattias has developed a great understanding of material for practical and finishing purposes that optimize the quality of the completed product. Through effective problem solving and team involvement, Mattias has successfully managed a large variety of project types including traditional Type I & II, but also more unconventional builds such as modular and advanced prefab system structures. After earning a BA in construction engineering from Nackademin in Stockholm, Sweden Mattias started his career at Veidekke Etreprenad.
Dylan brings a decade of experience in both Architecture and Construction, allowing him to efficiently turn designs into reality. With a strong background in BIM technologies, Dylan is able to collaborate on digital models with architects and engineers in order to problem solve and deliver clear instructions to builders on site. Dylan transitioned to Project Management from Architecture because he loves construction technology and working in the field. He has managed commercial projects throughout Los Angeles and Santa Monica. Before joining Integrare Group, he was a project manager at a design-build contractor, where he created BIM models and managed projects for clients including LACMA. Dylan holds a B.A. in Architecture from UC Berkeley and a certificate in Construction Management from UCLA. As a life-long resident of Los Angeles, Dylan is proud to build housing and contribute to the city's architectural legacy.
Phillip brings a sharp eye for detail and deep appreciation for a project’s design intent through his past and present training as a rogue architect. His field experiences have great value as a bridge between the design team and subcontractors to ensure quality execution prior to and during construction. Phillip holds a Bachelors of Architecture (B.Arch) , Magna Cum Laude, from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, adjunct with the Danish Institute of Study Abroad (DIS) in Copenhagen, Denmark. He is a photographer, gravel biker, furnituremaker and Archiprix alumnus distinguished with international excellence in architectural education and design.
Vincent brings value in the form of creativity to building and problem solving in construction. His experiences working on commercial and residential projects have opened many channels of critical thinking and collaboration across construction entities. Vincent started his career on the island of Oahu as a Field Engineer with Nan Inc., followed by Project Engineer role at Pankow Builders in Los Angeles. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
Stefan brings a multidisciplinary, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to design and construction, bridging the gap between creativity and execution. He has a keen eye for detail and can easily interface with the multitude of actors that form the world of construction. He has more than 5 years of experience as Design Manager having led the architectural and structural department at Mobbil Inc in Los Angeles. He holds a Master’s degree in Building Engineering and a B.S. in Architectural Engineering from Polytechnic of Turin as well as a LEED AP BD+C accreditation.
Hunter brings a multifaceted understanding of the real estate industry with his background in environmental studies, hands on experience, and exposure to construction projects in healthcare, residential and hospitality. Having grown up in Los Angeles, he has a great appreciation for development and architecture in the area and is determined to build quality, sustainable projects that bring value to the community. He began his career working for Morley Builders managing structural and other miscellaneous trades on the retrofit of a warehouse to a private music recording club. Hunter holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management and Protection with a minor in Construction Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
Julia employs data-based reasoning developed during her STEM education in problem solving and decision-making in the field. A penchant for good design makes her a champion for upholding the integrity of building plans and deliverance of quality, finished products. After graduating from the University of California, San Diego with a B.S. in Structural Engineering, Julia started her career at JPI where she focused on multifamily construction and design management. Her creative outlet includes ceramics- a tortuous practice in patience and managing disappointment, which occasionally results in tolerable art.
James brings a unique perspective and understanding of multidisciplinary trade management and field experience. He started his career as a bridge inspector at HNTB working on large scale complex signature structures such as the: Brooklyn, Verrazzano-Narrows and Robert F. Kennedy Bridges. James has a B.E. in Civil Engineering from The Cooper Union, an MS in Structural Engineering from Columbia University and a PE license.
Jeffrey brings a diverse perspective as his varied professional background features transportation, commercial, multi-family, and TI projects. His knowledge and experience working in both the public and private sectors allows him to navigate through projects seamlessly. Jeffrey began his career as an architectural designer at Gensler. He worked in the Aviation Studio and was tasked with the development of the Delta Skyway at LAX. Afterwards he took the position of Designer and Job Captain on Multi-Family projects for WHA Architects in Long Beach. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from the Southern California Institute of Architecture. Outside of work, Jeffrey enjoys going on hikes, working on the occasional DIY woodworking project, and using his meat smoker.
Felipe brings an engineering problem solving toolkit aided by modern computer design programs, which helps mitigate risk and plan ahead for uncertainty. His understanding of 3D BIM software and attention to detail allows the team to better communicate with our partners and solve problems in a dynamic and efficient way. Felipe holds a B.S in Civil Engineering with concentrations in Structural and Construction Engineering along with a minor in Building Information Modeling and Construction Graphics Documentation from Purdue University. When not building, Felipe enjoys playing the drums and the piano or making digital music.
Cem joins Integrare Group with over 20 years in the architecture and construction industry. He is a highly logical, functionally driven, and adept problem solver who efficiently executes quality work. Growing up with an engineer father and grandfather, Cem found his passion for building at an early age and has made it his own after his studies and work in architectural design and interior design. He has worked on numerous multi-million projects from start to finish overseeing all aspects including concept ideation, design, specifications, budgeting, logistics, manufacturing specifications, client development and more. Cem holds a Masters of Interior Architecture from Cal Poly Pomona as well as a B.Arch from Eastern Mediterranean University and a MBA from Yeditepe University.
Connor brings a progressive and solution-based approach to construction planning. He has experience curating high-end construction projects from design phase through the preconstruction and construction phases. Connor started his career with New West Partners as a project manager on custom homes across the Colorado High Rockies. Connor also served as safety officer before specializing as an estimator and expanding into luxury multifamily and commercial construction with Brooks & Freund in Southwest Florida. Connor completed a Construction Management Certification through Colorado State University, and OSHA 30Hr Certification. Before transitioning to the construction industry, he attended The Ohio State University Center for Aviation Studies and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Aviation as well as a private pilot license and UAS license.
Pasquale brings tremendous environmental sensitivity and earthwork knowledge to all INTEGRARE® projects. He started his career as an Environmental Engineer gaining experience in site assessment, soil remediation and design of civil/environmental water infrastructures for both public and private clients. He then continued on as a Safety Engineer at large oil company construction projects and Staff Engineer at Geotechnical firms providing training, management and testing. Pasquale holds a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering, and a Master’s in Environmental Engineering from the University of Bologna, Italy.
Nicola brings her enthusiasm for HR analytics and connecting teams to the Integrare Group to uphold an excellent employee experience, attract and retain exceptional talent and elevate the team’s growth. She draws on her experience building the People Operations department at We Are Royale to create scalable solutions and a strong employee support system. Nicola obtained her SHRM-CP certification through the Society for Human Resource Management. Outside of work, Nicola is happiest snowboarding, camping, and reminding her dog that he is, in fact, the cutest dog ever to exist.
Remi brings her exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to maintain strong relationships with Integrare Group's network of 360-degree partnerships and create tailored proposals for potential clients to identify opportunities for growth. She draws on her experience from the Digital Innovation team at Oracle to holistically incorporate marketing and business development strategies to expand and enhance existing brand equities. Remi has a degree in Psychology and a minor in French from Boston University. In her free time, you can find her playing tournaments with The Venice Backgammon Club, hiking, cooking, and taking in the beautiful LA sunsets with her dog, Romeo.
Sarah has over 25 years of experience in executive and financial management, working with organizations to build infrastructure and improve business and financial processes. She has also held various executive positions in privately held companies in the high tech and healthcare industries. Sarah also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of FlyawayHomes. She began her career at Price Waterhouse, where she was certified as a Public Accountant.
Adriana’s passion for accounting and math, in combination with her personality, allow her to effectively navigate across a construction project’s high-volume finances while problem-solving efficiently with her team. She began her career at Highpoint Capital Group as Controller’s Assistant and has found a niche in Real Estate accounting for the last 8 years. Her most recent past role was at Skid Row Housing Trust as Real Estate Development accountant. Adriana has a bachelor's degree in Real Estate from California State University Northridge and an associate degree in accounting from Pierce College. Adriana looks for the peaceful moments in life especially on her long evening walks with her dog Sage.
Sangeeta provides a wealth of knowledge and experience in construction accounting having worked in accounting functions for property managers and general contractors. She has focused on high volume, multimillion dollar projects in the Los Angeles market and has also lead teams through implementation of new processes. Sangeeta received her bachelor’s degree in computer science from Cal State Long Beach and Certification in accounting from UCLA. Whenever she gets a chance, Sangeeta loves to travel to different places and countries. Living so close to the ocean, there’s nothing like taking a long walk on the beach.
Berenice brings her love for numbers and strong attention to detail to Integrare Group. Having worked as a bookkeeper in the banking industry she gained experience multitasking, with a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Her passion for numbers motivated her to obtain her Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach. During her free time she likes to take her son to Disneyland.
Previously an educator and program specialist, Emily demonstrated strong organizational skills and clear communication, fostering dynamic learning environments for her students and most recently, the young adults at a local nonprofit serving those at risk of or experiencing homelessness. She efficiently managed programs, coordinated staff, and is dedicated to applying her administrative expertise to cultivate a productive office environment. With an M.A. in Italian Studies and a focus on gender studies, from CSU Long Beach, she remains passionate about equity and diversity. Outside work, Emily enjoys exploring new places, cultures, and cuisines with her family and dogs.
