For over 20 years, Noyan Uras has been responsible for building and overseeing new ground-up developments, mainly across the commercial and mixed-use residential sectors of the real estate industry. He stewards INTEGRARE®’s strategy, management, new business, contract structuring, and deal negotiations. Noyan has offered his insight and expertise to add affordable housing, modular construction and self-performed work to Integrare’s business portfolio. He is a Partner and the Chief Development Officer at FlyawayHomes—a developer of permanent supportive housing in the City of Los Angeles. Noyan holds an M.A. in Construction Management from University of Southern California, a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, and he is also a LEED Accredited Professional.


Vessela has over 20 years of management and strategy consulting experience across a spectrum of industries, with a strong ability to operationalize strategic decisions. At Integrare, Vessela oversees our growth and strategic positioning, always with an eye on partnership health, transformative business models, and the opportunities that stand to benefit our team of collaborators. Vessela holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a B.S., Magna Cum Laude, in Finance & Economics from Babson College.


Melissa Tufan has carefully curated her career to see projects through all perspectives. She has extensive experience as a builder and a designer for retail, hospitality, high-end private residences, multi-family mixed use and office type projects, and has spent time on the developers end for commercial and small residential work. At Integrare, Melissa manages daily operations by supervising, coordinating, and ensuring the successful completion of all preconstruction efforts, including design/development, estimating, and permitting processes. Melissa holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University with a focus on Ergonomics, and has completed the Interior Architecture program at UCLA.


Sarah has over 25 years of experience in executive and financial management, working with organizations to build infrastructure and improve business and financial processes. She began her career at Price Waterhouse, where she was certified as a Public Accountant. She has also held various executive positions in privately held companies in the high tech and healthcare industries. Sarah also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of FlyawayHomes.


Greg brings 40+ years of experience as a General Superintendent, successfully managing diverse projects from commercial and multifamily to hospitals and renovations. He consistently delivers on time and within budget, prioritizing quality and safety. His career began as an apprentice union carpenter specializing in concrete formwork, giving him a strong foundation in construction principles and hands-on experience. He then transitioned to general contracting, working his way up from carpenter and foreman to Superintendent at McCormick Construction, where he dedicated 28+ years. Greg excels at leading teams, optimizing resources, and ensuring client satisfaction. He is a dedicated and results-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and a continuous drive for improvement within the construction industry.


Jacob brings knowledge and experience from both the preconstruction and construction phases, which allows him to seamlessly transition between two critically important stages for our team. His strong understanding of construction scopes, 3D BIM coordination, and financial management make him a well-rounded team leader. He started his career working in heavy civil construction as a Field Engineer for Kiewit. Afterwards he took on Project Engineer and Preconstruction Engineer roles on commercial projects for GLY Construction in Seattle. Jacob holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a focus on Construction and Structural Engineering from the University of Washington.


Pasqualino has a strong understanding of all building systems and brings effective problem solving, optimal quality control, quality assurance and team oversight across Integrare projects. He started his career as a Structural Engineer at WSP USA in New York City, followed by Project Engineer roles at Englekirk and Howard CDM in Los Angeles. Pasqualino has a dual Master's degree focused on Civil Engineering and Construction Management from Columbia University and Università di Bologna. In addition to a PE license, he also holds CAPM, CMIT, and LEED AP BD+C certifications.


Felipe brings a disciplined engineering mindset, pairing analytical problem-solving with computer-aided design tools to create clarity in complex project environments. His expertise in BIM, VDC software, and coordinated modeling helps the team identify risks early, streamline communication, and support confident decision-making. Through his attention to detail and commitment to structured planning, Felipe helps drive our focus on precision, alignment, and well-coordinated execution across every phase of a project. Felipe holds a B.S in Civil Engineering with concentrations in Structural and Construction Engineering along with a minor in Building Information Modeling and Construction Graphics Documentation from Purdue University. When not building, Felipe enjoys playing the drums and going to concerts.
