We offer comprehensive Design-Build services, handling all or parts of the design process in-house at Integrare, along with the construction of your project. We directly purchase materials and self-perform non-structural work wherever possible, thereby ensuring an optimal price for clients and projects. We have a variety of both local and overseas suppliers that we have worked with for many years and have developed an ironclad delivery system. We also have our own Warehouse facilities that allow us to purchase construction materials very early on and safely store them until they are needed at the project site. This allows us to mitigate market risks and material availability concerns. Our Self-Performed work currently includes exterior envelope, high-end window and curtain wall systems, interior and exterior doors, cabinets, furniture, hard surfaces and all unit finishes.
