INclave is a mixed-use live-work-play development in the Marina Arts District of Marina del Rey, combining 65,000 SF of state-of-the-art creative office space with 49 residential units on a single campus. Studio, 1 BR, and 2 BR residences are complemented by an extensive amenity program including a pool, outdoor pavilion, and rooftop terraces.
The project’s 277-space automated parking structure brings technology-driven infrastructure to the development.
