A dynamic mixed-use development in the Marina Arts District of Marina del Rey defining lives-work-play space, where healthy living and working promotes creativity and a productive, happy life. The project comprises of 65k sq. ft. of state-of-the-art creative office space and 49 luxury Studio, 1 BR, and 2 BR apartment units in an exciting campus environment with many amenities. It also has 277 spaces in an automated parking structure.
